How does billing work?
It is a yearly PayPal subscription: $90.00 USD. PayPal charges your card or balance automatically each year, and you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account. If you cancel, your listing keeps its premium placement until the end of the year you already paid for.
How fast does the badge show up?

Is the homepage row the same as the editorial featured picks?
No. The featured row is chosen without regard to payment, and no one can buy a place in it. Premium members get their own clearly-labelled Premium row on the homepage, so paid placement is always honest about being paid.
